After a joint vehicle inspection including protocol, we fill out the rental contract. Within a few minutes you can drive off.

Rental conditions

All vehicles can be driven with a B-category Swiss driving license.

Driving license and ID or passport must be presented at pick-up. We only rent to persons with a place of residence in Switzerland and with valid ID.

Only payment method accepted: cash

The rental price must be paid in advance and in full at the time of pick-up.

Our prices are in CHF incl. VAT and can be seen on our website.

The vehicles are refueled by the rental company and should also be returned with a full tank. Fuel is not included in the rental price.
Use of the vehicle
The renter is obliged to drive and handle the vehicle with care and to comply with the operating instructions specified by the manufacturer or the rental company, to close the vehicle when it is not in use, in particular the windows, roof openings as well as the bonnet. The vehicle is to be used only for legally permissible purposes. The journey must be interrupted if a defect occurs in the vehicle as soon as this can be done without danger. Immediate notification to the rental company is required.
Restrictions of use
It is forbidden to use the vehicle for racing, skidding courses, driving courses or similar. It is forbidden to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. It is strictly forbidden to transport the vehicle in an overloaded or unroadworthy condition or to load flammable, explosive, toxic or dangerous substances. In the event of soiling due to the transport of rubbish or other soiled goods, the renter will be charged CHF 20.- for the cleaning of the vehicle.
Breaches of traffic regulations
The renter is obliged to observe all traffic regulations. Until the return of the rented vehicle, the renter is solely responsible for all offences against the law caused by the rented vehicle (also for any additional driver). Should the rental company t be held liable for this on the basis of the renter's liability or for other reasons, the rental company is entitled to pass on any fines, fees and costs etc. incurred to the renter. As the owner of the rented vehicle, is legally obliged to report the personal data of the driver or renter of the vehicle to the authorities in the event of traffic violations.
Rental times, rental duration and kilometer limit
You can freely specify the desired pick-up and drop-off time, and we will be happy to send a personalized offer. We offer half-day and daily rentals at attractive rates. Hourly rental is not possible. Return after time: CHF 20.- will be charged for each additional hour. Additional charges CHF 0.50 per km. Half-day rental: up to 4 hours and max. 120 km included. Daily rental: up to 8 hours and max. 250 km included.
Accident, damage and breakdown
In the event of accidents, damage or breakdowns, the rental company must be informed immediately on +41 78 217 00 28. In any case, a police report must be arranged. The accident report must be completed in any case and handed over to the rental company immediately upon return of the vehicle. If the renter chooses a breakdown service other than the one specified by us, the corresponding costs will be charged to the renter.
Pick-up and return of the vehiclePick-up and return of the vehicle
A vehicle handover protocol will be drawn up both on pick-up and return of the vehicle. These two protocols are integral parts of the rental agreement. The agreed times for handover and return must be observed. In the event of delays of any kind, the lessor must be informed immediately by telephone. The rental company may charge CHF 20.- per hour or part thereof for the inconvenience caused. The renter must return the vehicle on the agreed return date and at the agreed return location.
An extension of the rental period is only possible with the previous written consent of the rental company. In the event of early return of the vehicle, the renter shall not be entitled to a reduction in the rental charge. The available kilometers (kilometre limit) are included in the rental price as a lump sum; if fewer kilometers are driven, the renter has no claim to reimbursement or rental reduction. If the kilometer limit is exceeded, the additional kilometers driven will be charged to the renter.
Any additional expenses incurred by the rental company as well as any claims for damages (including related costs such as court costs or lawyers' fees) by subsequent renter due to late return of the vehicle will be charged to the renter. The rental company shall not be liable for the late handover of the vehicle to a renter if this is due to: Failure on the part of the renter, unforeseeable or unavoidable failure on the part of a third party not involved in the provision of the contractually agreed service (in particular the late return of the vehicle by the previous renter), force majeure or an event which the rental company could not foresee or avert despite all due care.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The rental agreement shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes between the renter and additional driver on the one hand and the rental company on the other hand in connection with the rental relationship is the rental location Biel-Seeland.
